On March 8 this year, female employees in the Guangxi region enjoyed a unique celebration. The company carefully prepared festival gifts for each female employee. An important seminar for female employees was held in faraway Indonesia. To help female employees improve themselves, a psychological expert was invited to provide in-depth analysis and knowledge on women's personal and professional development. From career advancement skills to work-life balance, the rich content was of great benefit to the participants. At the end of the activity, each participant received a gift bag containing handicrafts, nourishing hand creams and soaps.
